For the 2017 Music Festival, we are again using the large video screen to introduce the performing schools to the audience. Before the evening performance begins, and during the interval, we will be playing a presentation that does exactly that.
Each school performing that night will have a photograph of the choir displayed along with the name of the school. What we would like you to do is provide us with that photograph! If you want a preview of something like what we have in mind, have a look at this little video…it won’t actually look like this, certainly not as fast, but similar!
Preferably, it will be a semi-formal one: not stiff unsmiling rows as for a normal school photograph, but something a little more informal and taken somewhere that is important or representative of your school. It might be taken in front of the school entrance, or where you rehearse or in some part of the school environment which is significant for you.
You can choose whether the conductor and/or accompanist is in the photograph…or not!
Please take the photo using the largest file size that you camera can make…an image size of AT LEAST 1024 x 768 pixels or bigger is necessary to give us sufficient definition for projecting at the Horncastle Arena!
When you have a photograph of your school choir sorted, just upload it using the form below. It could not be more simple!
We will need your choir’s photograph by the end of this term.
